  • Senior Leadership Communications Manager
  • Level: L4 Senior Manager
  • Reporting to: Head of Internal Comms

The Opportunity

In this role, you will work closely with EY UK leadership, including the Regional Managing Partner and the Deputy Regional Managing Partner, to translate strategy into compelling, high‑impact narratives that resonate with our Partners and our people.

You will collaborate across the organisation to ensure communications not only inform but inspire – strengthening connection to EY’s vision, values, and UK&I strategic vision to drive market-leading profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership Messaging & Content Development
  • Craft clear, engaging scripts, briefings, presentations and speaking notes that effectively convey leadership messages.
  • Produce high‑quality content across internal channels, including emails, in‑person and virtual events, speeches and recorded presentations.
  • Internal Engagement & Strategy
  • Support the delivery of an internal engagement strategy that aligns our people to the UK&I strategic growth plan to drive long-term market-leading profitable growth.
  • Prepare senior leaders for internal engagements by ensuring they have the right materials, insights, and messaging.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, advising them on communication approaches that strengthen engagement and impact.
  • Work collaboratively with internal communications teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
  • Project & Event Delivery
  • Lead the planning and production of internal events and meetings, working closely with internal delivery partners to ensure quality, consistency and timeliness.
  • Manage projects end‑to‑end, coordinating teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and coach team members, modelling collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance behaviours.
