Programme Overview
Designed for Year 12 (England and Wales) / S5 (Scotland) students, this two‑day insight programme introduces you to EY’s apprenticeship opportunities and the exciting career possibilities in Audit and Tax. The Women in Business programme raises awareness among students keen to pursue a career in these areas and offers guidance from empowering female colleagues.
What You Will Be Doing
- Participate in on‑the‑job case studies, business skills sessions and networking with current apprentices.
- Access senior role models within the business.
- Attend workshops with business leaders.
- Possibility to be fast‑tracked onto one of our 2027 apprenticeship opportunities.
How It’s Structured
Get a taste of the real working world with our two‑day insight programme. We will host a one‑day virtual event and a one‑day in‑person event at one of our EY offices in London, Leeds, Edinburgh or Birmingham. The programme takes place in April 2026 (8th–9th April). You will be invited to the in‑person office event at the location nearest to you. EY will cover reasonable travel costs for attendance. There are no overnight stays; please apply to locations within a comfortable commutable distance.
