Programme Overview
Designed for school students in Year 12 (England and Wales)/S5 (Scotland), you will discover more about an EY apprenticeship and the wealth of exciting career possibilities available to you. The Women in Business programme is designed to raise awareness with students who are keen to pursue a career in Audit or Tax. You’ll learn more about our Business Apprenticeship programmes, gain insight into the business areas of Audit and Tax, all under the guidance of our empowering female colleagues. Across two days you will learn more about the work our apprentices do to make an impact to our people, clients, and communities.
What You Will Be Doing
- Take part in on-the-job case studies, business skills sessions, and networking with current apprentices.
- Have access to senior role models within the business.
- Attend workshops with business leaders.
- You could even be fast-tracked onto one of our 2027 apprenticeship opportunities.
How It’s Structured
Get a taste of the real working world with our two-day insight programme: You’ll attend a one-day virtual event as well as a one-day in-person event hosted in one of our EY offices in London, Leeds, Edinburgh and Birmingham. We are expecting to run this programme in April 2026 (8th– 9th April). Please note you will be able to apply to any of our office locations but we advise you to apply to the location where you would want to be employed in the future. You will then be invited to the in-person office event at one of the selected locations nearest to you. For the in-person event, EY will cover reasonable travel costs for you to get to the office. There are no overnight stays for these events and we advise for you to only apply to locations that are within a comfortable commutable distance.
