The UK Digital Leader will oversee a team of 14 across the UK and India, responsible for transforming the EY.com UK site into a high‑impact digital platform aligned with global web guidelines. The role combines strategy, content design, site management, measurement and innovation, with a focus on AI adoption and technology advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic planning – set clear objectives with business and BMC stakeholders, develop data‑based content and journey strategies, and recommend AI tools to enhance content relevance.
- Site management – coordinate with business stakeholders to keep product pages updated, work with the Global firm to maintain taxonomy and technical aspects, and ensure smooth site operation.
- Content design, build and creation – lead Digital Portfolio Managers and Digital Content Managers, manage a global content pipeline, deliver regulatory content on tight timelines, and champion AI tools for copy development.
- Measurement – produce regular performance updates on traffic, search rankings, user behaviour and competitor benchmarking, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Innovation – stay abreast of technology advances, lead AI tool development and run test‑and‑learn programmes.
- Team leadership – build and lead a high‑performing digital team, foster strong relationships with Global BMC and EMEIA colleagues and influence digital strategy.
