This role supports leading organisations across diverse sectors in optimising their supply‑chain and operations. You will work in a high‑performing, inclusive team, collaborating across Consulting, People and Technology practices to drive commercial and procurement innovation, transform processes and adopt cutting‑edge technologies.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and strengthen client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in one or more supply‑chain domains such as operations, planning, procurement or manufacturing.
- Lead or contribute to workstreams within projects, managing activities to achieve deliverables and deliver on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across EY’s global network to develop and share best practices, including proposals and thought leadership.
- Ensure delivery excellence by managing quality and forecasting project outcomes.
- Maintain a personal development program and grow people‑leadership experience through leading client and internal teams.
Your Experience
- Supply Chain Strategy: Operating model design, segmentation strategy and inventory optimisation.
- Supply Chain Transformation: Experience on significant transformation projects covering people, process and technology.
- Digital Supply Chain: Implementation of next‑generation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, cognitive automation, AI, IOT, Blockchain and Big Data analytics.
- Supply Chain Analytics: Development of detailed supply‑chain analytics for end‑to‑end visibility.
- Supply Chain Planning Functional: Demand and supply planning, S&OP, segmentation strategy, inventory optimisation and/or production scheduling.
- Supply Chain Planning with Technology: Knowledge of OMP, Kinaxis, o9, Aera, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, SAP S/4 HANA.
- Logistics: Network design, customs and trade, warehouse design, 3PL/4PL or Control Tower management.
- Manufacturing: Manufacturing optimisation at plant or network level.
- Procurement: Strategic, operational or transactional procurement, including SAP Ariba deployment.
- Service and Asset Management Transformation: End‑to‑end asset management lifecycle, including field force, service and asset management transformation.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, energetic, self‑starter with innovative qualities.
- Professional memberships such as CIPS or IACCM are desirable but not required.
