EY UK is seeking a Candidate Experience & Engagement Manager on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
You will lead a strategic, technology-enabled candidate experience across EY’s talent acquisition lifecycle, partnering with Recruitment, Employer Brand and Talent Intelligence to strengthen EY's employer brand.
This role combines leadership of a CX team with hands-on delivery of CRM/ATS innovations, data-driven engagement, and scalable processes to improve candidate journeys and pipelines.
