Market leading growth in our Consulting Service Delivery team has created opportunities for new people to join the team, working in our Newcastle office. CSD is about going beyond advice; we specialize in operational delivery, which means we specialize in implementing solutions on behalf of clients, across a number of different solution areas. The Consulting Service Delivery team is one of EY’s fastest growth areas and we are based in a modern office in Newcastle city centre. With us, you will gain hands-on experience of client work as a Transformation Associate, engaging with projects related to a variety of Transformation and Project Management-related roles. Continuing expansion means we are looking for people who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of different teams. Your Key Responsibilities
- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility and providing support where required.
- Regularly update senior team members on your progress.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, while building strong relationships internally within Consulting Service Delivery and other teams in EY.
- Understand and maintain client confidentiality and ensure their data security at all times.
- Contribute to people initiatives like training and buddying new team members.
