The Opportunity
We’re expanding our product ownership capability to accelerate Talent transformation and support our journey to becoming a skills-based organisation.
As our Global Skills & Talent Intelligence Product Owner, you’ll shape how employees discover opportunities, build skills, and develop their careers.
Working at the intersection of Talent, technology, data, and AI, you’ll define product strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver solutions that create exceptional employee experiences and measurable business value.
- Your Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for Skills and Talent Intelligence products.
- Partner with Talent and Technology leaders to align priorities, investments, and outcomes.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities that enhance workforce insights and employee experiences.
- Translate business and user needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Use data, feedback, and market insights to continuously improve product performance and value.
- Lead prioritisation, governance, and investment decisions across a global stakeholder community.
- Deliver outcomes through collaboration, influence, and strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Support successful deployment, adoption, and value realisation of Talent technology solutions.
