The opportunity

Help define and advance the future of learning through Microsoft Viva Learning - enabling thousands of employees to build skills every day, in the flow of work. We’re looking for a Learning & Development Product Consultant to lead key aspects of the firmwide deployment of Microsoft Viva Learning and help drive the end-to-end success of the platform. Working as a trusted partner to the Global Learning & Development Product Owner, senior Talent leaders, functional leads and regional teams, you will help shape strategic priorities, translate them into a practical roadmap, drive adoption at scale and deliver a modern, personalized learning experience aligned to business priorities.

As a global product consultant, you will sit at the heart of Talent, bringing together L&D, Technology and regional stakeholders to transform how learning is curated, delivered and experienced across the firm.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with the Global L&D Product Owner and functional leads to set direction, align priorities and advance Microsoft Viva Learning as a global learning platform
  • Translate strategy into a clear roadmap, practical governance and measurable success outcomes
  • Drive adoption, engagement and measurable business impact across a complex global stakeholder landscape
  • Use data, insights and stakeholder feedback to inform decisions, optimise performance and improve the learner experience

What will help you succeed:

  • Proven experience in product ownership, platform leadership or digital product delivery
  • Strong background in Talent, Learning & Development or HR transformation
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Experience Platforms, Microsoft Viva Learning or the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and lead change in a complex global environment
