The opportunity
As a Product Strategy Senior Specialist at EY, you will be responsible for a complex, global portfolio of digital products and solutions. You will drive digital strategy, engagement, and adoption of Clients & Industries (C&I)-driven technology, contributing to the broader portfolio managed by the Product Strategy team. This role involves building relationships and understanding the needs of global stakeholders to devise innovative firm-wide solutions. You will articulate the benefits of the technologies and demonstrate why EY employees and client servers will want to use these in service of their clients while driving and positively influencing cross‑firm behavioral change initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Contribute to and execute product strategy that supports the C&I vision. Gather and prioritize feedback on business needs and products, preparing relevant business cases. Champion ongoing R&D and incubation activities to stay abreast of emerging data technology and trends, translating and applying these to business‑centered solutions. Leverage data, including usage metrics and competitive intelligence, to make future product investment decisions.
- Technical Development: Define the details of product and solution development, leveraging talent from across the organization. Manage the development of prototypes directly and in detail. Ensure connection points between the portfolio and other platforms, products, and solutions within Product Strategy and across the firm are considered throughout design and development.
- Product Management: Manage all aspects of the digital products and solutions portfolio. Oversee subject matter experts, executive sponsors, offshore and on‑shore talent, product managers, and work with various functions as needed. Pragmatically analyze the impact of deployment activities through feedback channels and adjust to have a maximum communication impact.
- People Management: Work with a team in a matrixed environment and optimize the use of talent across the organization. Determine Digital Engagement resource needs for the product and solution builds in the portfolio. Supervise Product Strategy architects, managers, and analysts assigned to the portfolio. Create an environment that encourages continuous learning and development for all team members.
- Stakeholder Management & Communications: Execute deployment plans that address the needs of various stakeholders across areas, regions, sectors, and service lines. Liaise with other C&I functions, service lines, sectors, and other functions to ensure strategic alignment and connectivity to core EY offerings. Optimize the narrative around assigned products and collaborate on other product narratives.

What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10 – 12 years of prior work experience, with 10+ years in a business setting involved in some aspect of technology and/or solution development preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience with EY, including C&I functions, service lines, Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, Brand Marketing & Communications, GDS, and business priorities.
- Digital commerce skills and familiarization with interfaces, search, development styles, security environments, etc.
- Business acumen – understanding how the digital products and solutions relate to account team and client issues and needs.
- Exceptional people management skills, including the ability to organize a team to be productive and interact with stakeholders and internal clients at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing work requirements while assimilating new information, analyzing it, and effectively applying it.
