We are seeking an exceptional AI Product Manager to join our consulting practice, driving the development and deployment of cutting‑edge AI solutions for our clients across consumer products, retail, health, life sciences, and energy sectors. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and stakeholder management excellence to transform complex business challenges into scalable AI products.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for AI/ML applications that deliver measurable business value.
- Develop product roadmaps that balance innovation with practical implementation considerations.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and architects to define technical solutions.
- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements documents.
- Make informed decisions on AI/ML approaches, model selection, and technology stack by working closely with data scientists and ML engineers.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and release cycles.
- Monitor product metrics, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Develop change management and adoption strategies for AI products.
- Create frameworks for continuous monitoring, improvement, and model retraining.
- Build reusable assets and accelerators for future client engagements.
- Establish best practices for AI product management across the practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following industries: consumer products, retail, health, life sciences, or energy.
- Deep understanding of at least one target industry’s value chains, challenges, and opportunities.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering AI products from concept to production at scale.
- Experience working within Agile and/or other project delivery frameworks.
Soft Skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong presentation and workshop facilitation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proficient in storytelling with data and insights, supporting informed decision‑making.
- Consulting skills, including the development of presentation materials and client‑facing documentation.
Desired Criteria
- Experience in consulting or client‑facing roles.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
- Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, etc.).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Knowledge of data engineering, APIs, and software development lifecycle.
- Strong business acumen with ability to quantify ROI and business impact of AI initiatives.
