The opportunity
The Clients & Industries (C&I) Revenue Planning Lead will have overall global oversight and leadership of the Global C&I Revenue Planning Team within the Enablement & Technology domain. The role will team closely with Global and Region Clients & Industries Leadership and domains on cross-functional initiatives and translate EY's strategic priorities into the revenue planning business process.
The role will lead the continued evolution of global sales and revenue planning, strengthening the processes, governance and capabilities that connect account-level growth ambitions with regional and global business priorities. Working across markets, service lines and strategic growth areas, the role will help translate growth ambitions into actionable sales and revenue plans, focusing on topline growth, where and how the business will grow. It does not own P&L, financial forecasting, budgeting or expense planning, which remain Finance responsibilities.
Serve as the primary relationship lead to Global and Region leadership, connecting sales and revenue planning priorities with broader business objectives, enabling alignment, strengthening adoption, and accelerating decisions.
