The team and the opportunity:
EY’s Technology Delivery team drive transformational IT change programmes for our clients, helping them to realise their IT investments that underpin their core business objectives. Our teams have the depth and breadth of experience across a range of technology disciplines, utilising industry best practices, processes, resources, tools and accelerators in project and programme management, and vertically integrated governance with our world class technology delivery focused PMO. This fundamentally underpins the delivery of cost optimised, stable, progressive IT infrastructure delivery and complex systems integrations supporting business growth.
Our “Agile in a Box” service offering quickly establishes a delivery model using a combination of EY Accelerators, methodologies and Agile industry frameworks and toolsets enabling accelerated digital adoption as part of wider waterfall programmes and projects.
The main services of our Technology Delivery team include:
- Specialisation in PRINCE2, Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and adaptability to each client’s preferred method of delivery.
- Industry-agnostic accelerators for the rapid deployment of a portfolio management office function to support small and large-scale transformation programmes.
- ServiceNow Specialists to help transform business with digital workflows for IT, Employees and Customers, enabling businesses to modernise operations, optimising productivity, cost and resilience on a single platform.
- A dedicated Systems Integration team that deliver and manage programmes and projects, which are underpinned by systems development requiring complex systems integrations.
- Quick establishment of an agile delivery model using a combination of EY Accelerators, EY Methodologies and Agile industry-leading practices.
- Operations and Service Management team enhances, transforms, establishes, and executes operations based on leading service management frameworks.
