Key Responsibilities
- Support client‑facing projects, including pre‑deal analysis, due diligence (technology, operational, carve‑out, synergy), integration/divestiture planning, and value creation planning & execution.
- Be part of teams advising clients across all sectors, supporting key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and interviews to inform strategic recommendations.
- Assist teams developing insights, proposals and pitching for new work to support business development activities.
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as recruitment, training, and knowledge management.
- Participate in team events, socials, and people initiatives.
