At EY, the Global Engagement Consultant (GEC) will work alongside and report to Senior Consultants and Management providing day to day support to coordinate and manage countries across the EY network to ensure Global Mobility services are delivered and that agreed KPIs/SLAs are met in an efficient and cost effective manner. The role is inclusive of both globally coordinated accounts and UK Tax compliance engagements supporting the non-technical elements of compliance. As a consultant you’ll support the Team with the seamless end-to-end client experience across all Tax services. Ensuring an effective and efficiently coordinated team deliver to our clients in a timely and profitable manner.
Your key responsibilities
- Day to day delivery of positive relationships with EY teams
- Day-to-day support in the delivery of services & reporting within the parameters of a detailed scope of services and service level agreement against agreed KPIs & SLAs
- Day to day support with the financial performance of a client portfolio
- Day to day support with the development of each client engagement within a portfolio through enhancements to processes and engagement improvements
