Your key responsibilities
- Translate client needs into high‑fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes using Figma, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build functional prototypes and proofs of concept using modern front‑end and back‑end technologies.
- Support client workshops and co‑creation sessions, contributing to solution design and delivering compelling demonstrations.
- Embed AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, and embeddings into prototypes to create innovative applications.
- Take ownership of defined technical components within workstreams, while collaborating closely with the Executive and broader team.
- Help build reusable assets and accelerators that can scale across projects.
Skills and attributes for success
- Familiarity with Figma for design and prototyping, with the ability to move concepts into functional prototypes.
- Experience in front‑end development (ideally React and TypeScript) with exposure to component libraries such as shadcn/ui.
- Back‑end development experience (ideally Node.js, with helpful knowledge of Python).
- Understanding of software engineering practices, including Git version control.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, ideally Azure, with a focus on leveraging services for prototyping.
- Curiosity and ability to apply AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings) in practical settings.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to deliver working solutions quickly.
- Confident communicator, able to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
