Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategy
- Agree clear objectives with business and BMC stakeholders within a portfolio of priority projects and services for how ey.com will support brand and sales, or deliver required corporate or regulatory‑required content.
- Create data‑based strategy within a portfolio of priority projects, services or corporate area for content and journeys needed to maximise traffic and engagement with ey.com.
- Secure engagement from business and BMC stakeholders.
- Recommend client journeys and target actions within portfolio to stakeholders including Business Development.
- Maintain close relationship with Global teams and an overview of available globally created content.
- Balance proactively recommended content with requests from the business.
- Proactively identify and drive the use of AI tools for more distinctive and engaging messaging.
- Content design, build and creation
- Brief portfolio aligned Digital Content Managers to deliver site‑ready content.
- Project manage creation of new content, managing through from brief, to page build and publishing.
- Work with business and BMC stakeholders to ensure that all service and product pages within portfolio are kept up to date.
- Work with page builders on QA processes pre‑publication of all materials.
- Ensure delivery of any regulatory‑required materials within the portfolio within deadlines.
- Ensure that all content on ey.com/uk meets brand standards.
- Work with Digital Technical Manager to ensure smooth running of pages within portfolio.
- Champion the use of AI tools to make the process of developing messaging and drafting copy more efficient.
- Measurement
- Deliver regular performance updates to the business on site performance within portfolio.
- Share data with key stakeholders and translate into recommendations for site changes or content.
