Programme overview
On the People Consulting Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping organisations transform how they work through their people. You’ll support clients to design future-ready workforces, using insight, technology and innovation to deliver lasting change. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll build in-demand skills and create impact across organisations, teams and communities.
Along the way, if you join Public and Private (P&P), you’ll undertake relevant training and/or qualifications to further develop your skills, and if you join Financial Services (FS), you’ll study for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) – Certificate in Business Accounting.

What you will be doing
- Working across a range of capabilities including: Workforce Advisory, Talent, and HR Transformation & HR Technology.
- Working across people transformation projects, supporting areas such as change, workforce strategy, culture, HR transformation and people technology.
- Analysing data and research to develop commercially sound recommendations for clients.
- Collaborating with teams and clients to design and deliver solutions that improve how organisations work.
- Supporting workshops, reports and proposals that contribute to project delivery and business development.
