As the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function, we collaborate with the business to deliver innovative, audience-centric brand, marketing and communications. Our team is an integrated global network of over 2,500 professionals with skills in content development, editorial, webcast creation, events-staging, strategy, and operations.

The opportunity: With the current growth of our EY-Parthenon Service Line, we are looking for an experienced all-round marketing and communications professional with strong writing and content development skills together with an understanding of EY’s service offerings to join our EY-Parthenon BMC team. With a particular focus on our AI-powered client technologies – EY-Parthenon EDGE platforms – you will build and manage strong relationships and collaborate closely with relevant business leaders as well as the wider Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with EY-Parthenon BMC leadership to develop proprietary internal communications, thought leadership, data-led surveys, by-line articles, client materials, web pages and blogs.
  • Create best-in-class issue-based marketing and communication programs focused on delivering results and business outcomes that build brand, expand relationships and drive revenue with clients and prospects.
  • Seek opportunities to integrate EY/EY-Parthenon offerings into cross-Service Line campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on BMC issues, trends and long-term implications for EY-Parthenon’s Brand and Go-To-Market approach.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of EY-Parthenon’s business, clients’ issues and buyers’ agendas across sectors and geographies globally.
  • Engage Service Line/EY leaders with consistent global messaging around EY-Parthenon strategy, market and commercial opportunities.
  • Support and shape engagement around global SL brand/marketing programs and firmwide brand/marketing programs.
  • Devise and deliver creative use of content and channels to engage key internal audiences.
  • Collaborate with other functions on key change management initiatives.
  • Actively collaborate with SL leadership/BMC peers/teams in the Regions to refine strategy and ensure joined-up execution of plans.
  • Influence world-class marketing and communication strategies that align with the business priorities of EY-Parthenon/EY.

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Strong all-rounder who can switch focus from internal to external communications.
  • Experience in AI/technology marketing and communications and/or product marketing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in converting complex technical concepts into compelling messages.
  • Understanding of sophisticated economic and financial materials; ability to make technical content accessible and appealing.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent area of study or experience).
  • Experience in creating and writing compelling business content in complex environments.
  • Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working with external and internal agencies/resources.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • A good understanding of how Brand Marketing and Communications strategies help achieve business objectives.
  • Up-to-date knowledge on BMC and service line issues, trends and long-term implications for EY’s brand strategy.
  • The ability to assert own ideas and persuade others; mobilize people to take action.
  • Initiative, coupled with accuracy and attention to detail.
