As EY continues to grow our Alliances, we need an Alliance Resale Manager who can work with the Global Alliance Resale Leader and Regions Leadership to execute on resale program activity. The Resale manager will support business teams navigate EY’s Resale Policies and procedures, facilitate across risk management, legal and internal business teams with the ultimate goal of lowering risk associated with resale and providing improving resale enablement. This is a great opportunity to work with people globally as well as across multiple EY sectors.

Your key responsibilities

Your role will sit within the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team that provides alliance management oversight for the top EY alliances. Specifically, the Alliance Resale Manager will work as part of the Global Ecosystem Enablement teams working directly with EY Account teams, Alliance Leadership, Risk Management, Legal, and counterparts within our resale partners to coordinate and execute resale programs and transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with Risk Management, Legal and business teams to evaluate and establish Reseller Agreements and programs.
  • Coordinate with Reseller and EY Alliance Management team as needed on programmatic aspects of resale program.
  • Enable local countries to on-board new resale relationships.
  • Enable business teams in executing individual resale transactions.
  • Educate account teams on how to execute resale transactions.
  • Collaboration with Regions Ecosystem Leaders to promote streamlined resale processes and awareness of resale process within the business development and account teams.
  • Close collaboration with Independence to ensure compliance.

This role is optimally based in Europe. You can anticipate a mix of virtual work along with regular coordination with other team members across Global and across the Globe. The role may require some minimal travel.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • The ability to juggle many activities and provide enablement services in the areas of: contract management, governance oversight, operational support, strong relationship building skills and is highly organized.
  • Ability to balance evaluating and building new resale contracts while running existing programs/transactions.
  • Experience in resale management or strategic program oversight for technology or professional services company.
  • Experience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships.
  • Strong networking and influence management skills resulting in driving actions to outcomes and delivering results actions across organizational boundaries.
  • Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues.
