Within our Real Estate GCR practice, you will lead the delivery of UK corporate tax compliance and reporting services, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our market-leading Real Estate Tax team which has more than doubled across the prior three years.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside specialists across tax, transactions, and advisory disciplines, delivering integrated solutions to some of the sector's most prominent clients.
- Your key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of real estate clients, overseeing the delivery of UK corporate tax compliance and reporting engagements.
- Review and provide technical guidance on corporation tax returns, tax provisions, and associated reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Coordinate work across local and international teams to deliver high-quality client service.
Skills and attributes for success
- What we look for
- ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Significant UK corporate tax compliance experience gained within a professional services environment or large in-house tax function, preferably with a RE context.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate taxation and familiarity with RE structures including partnerships and trusts.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering complex projects.
