EY UK is seeking a Senior Manager for the Transaction Forensics – Sale and Purchase Agreements team in London. You will lead SPA-related pricing analysis, assist clients through negotiations, and coordinate with deal teams, bankers and lawyers across the transaction life cycle.
The role requires ACA/ACCA/CA/ICAS/ICAEW or international equivalents, with significant M&A transaction experience and strong analytical, negotiation and leadership capabilities. Travel to client sites may be required.
