The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Consultant to join our London, Canary Wharf office. You’ll play a key role in managing client engagements, driving operational excellence, and providing expert immigration advice to global businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality immigration advice and manage a diverse portfolio of client engagements.
- Ensure technical excellence and compliance with immigration regulations and EY risk policies.
- Build strong client relationships and proactively identify process improvements and opportunities. Manage engagement economics, including budgets, billing, and cash collection.
- Research and apply current immigration developments and policy changes to client solutions.
- Contribute to the development of internal training, communications, and service offerings.
- Support a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
Skills and Attributes for Success
You’ll have:
- Experienced immigration professional, ideally with expertise in UK Skilled Worker/GBM category.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, able to manage multiple deadlines.
- High attention to detail with sound commercial and strategic judgment.
- Proficient in MS Office and immigration case management software.
- Client-focused, proactive, and solutions-oriented team player.
