On the Financial Restructuring Graduate Programme, you'll shape the future with confidence by helping businesses find solutions to their toughest challenges and make decisions about their future. Along the way, you'll achieve a globally recognised qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) for UK & Ireland or ICAEW Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (ICAEW CFAB) for Financial Services.

What you will be doing
- Solve critical business challenges by analysing performance, understanding key issues and assessing options to protect value.
- Support businesses through restructuring and insolvency processes, taking on a range of responsibilities to deliver the best outcomes for stakeholders.
- Support your team with project management, proposals, business development activities and key deliverables across a variety of different projects, businesses and sectors.
- Develop your skills through hands-on experience, coaching and formal learning.
