We are currently looking for an exceptional Delivery Lead with strong experience in AI and Data solution design and implementation, driving complex Data Modernisation initiative, with a particular focus on candidates experience in using Databricks.

The opportunity Our AI & Data practice works collaboratively with clients to enhance their ability to solve complex business problems by exploiting data and analytics strategies and solutions.
Data Engineering and Architecture - Focusing on next generation data solution architecture design and implementation Data Management & Strategy - Supporting our clients with Data Strategy, Data Governance Data and Analytics Target Operating Model Design and wider Data Office and CDO support functions Advanced Analytics - Working with our clients to design, build and integrate Machine Learning and AI solutions into their core business platforms and processes to drive greater insight and increased process efficiency and automation.
Your key responsibilities Manage projects and workstreams on complex data modernisation programmes with roles likely to include data analysis, solution design, and end to end implementation management.
Lead multi-disciplined teams that could consist of both EY and client staff to scope, shape and deliver core projects Manage and track engagement financials and ensure timely billing to clients Develop our people through coaching, talent development, recruitment and formal performance management Ensure internal risk and admin processes are adhered to Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with financial regulations (e.
Demonstrable delivery experience working with a modern Data Management platform, with a particular preference for Databricks.
Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance and Wealth and Asset Management Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with a diverse set of business and technical stakeholder groups Ability to lead teams and take accountability for delivery Leverage automation tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and ensure accurate migration of all data to the new environment, aligning with business objectives and compliance requirements Demonstratable interest and awareness in emerging technologies Experience creating new propositions / assets/ solutions and launching these to the market Hands-on coding experience/strong knowledge in SQL, Python or Scala is preferred What we look for We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about AI and Data and want to assist clients to become truly data driven organisations.
