Strong time management skills, including informing the team of progress and highlighting any issues (as appropriate).
Extensive experience working in debt advisory, banking or a related field, operating in a deal‑related environment.
An enthusiasm for business development, client coverage and being a face to market on behalf of the team.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Proven team player and ability to build effective working relationships with individuals, organisations and clients.
Ability to manage tight deadlines.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- High degree of personal drive and motivation to succeed.
- Accounting / finance qualification or similar.
- Ability to learn quickly and keep abreast of developments.
