The Financial Diligence team at EY-Parthenon currently has exciting opportunities. You'll work with a high‑performing, integrated team that focuses on high‑profile IPOs and transactions. The role offers continuous learning, development and a sense of achievement.
As an Executive in Financial Diligence you will be a vital member of the team by analysing financial data, identifying key trends, discussing performance and forecast assumptions with senior finance and operational management, and writing reports that outline findings and recommendations. Work involves evaluating a target company’s finances and projections, identifying opportunities, risks, sensitivities, and potential mitigations, and reporting to clients, banks and investors.
