Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.
- Experience leading as an architect on at least 3 end-to-end AX/D365 global rollouts.
- Experience leading at least 1 functional area on multi-company and multi-country roll-out programs.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP modules, functionalities, solution architecture, and integration capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of scoping and estimation processes.
- Relevant professional qualifications are a plus, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA/RC, CPA/RA, or similar.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals.
- Experience leading data migration on at least one project.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot for Finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of D365 Finance and SCM solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency for presales and delivery work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for presales and delivery work.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including system designs, integration diagrams, and data flow models.
- Lead Architecture Review Boards or Design Authority governance forums.
- Identify and own technical delivery risks.
- Oversee the implementation of D365, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Lead and review configuration, testing, and documentation activities, and provide recommendations based on modern Microsoft best practices where required.
- Evaluate and recommend ERP software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry-leading practices.
- Drive the presales phase of projects and own the solution.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organisation.
- Mentor and train junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Work collaboratively with development and testing teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client and user business needs.
- Lead multi-geography teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Manage nearshore and offshore teams for build activities such as configuration and testing.
- Apply a structured approach to problem-solving and project execution.
