We need to attract talent to serve our clients across our service lines: Assurance, Consulting, EY-Parthenon and Tax. Employer brand activations play a crucial part in this. In a fast‑paced world where candidate behaviour is continually changing and with more career choices than ever before, we need to articulate why EY should be the employer of choice. This is an exciting opportunity for an employer brand professional to help reframe how talent views us and land our employer value proposition to ensure that we’re a place where they want to build their careers.
Your key responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of employer brand activity aligned to the UKI Employer Brand strategy, helping to close brand gaps and strengthen key brand attributes, particularly for the Northern Ireland audience across early careers and experienced professionals.
- Work closely with recruitment and candidate engagement teams, supporting them with guidance, tools and materials that enable consistent and confident employer brand activation.
- Support employer brand initiatives and campaigns across the year, working with internal teams and external agencies as required.
- Contribute to content development for employer brand channels, including social media, careers website and recruitment materials, ensuring content is clear, compelling and on‑brand.
- Build positive working relationships with stakeholders across the business, supporting alignment and consistency in employer brand messaging.
- Monitor and share market insights on employer branding, recruitment and candidate behaviour, helping the team stay informed and responsive to trends.
- Support reporting and measurement activities, helping track employer brand performance and the impact of campaigns to inform continuous improvement.
- Be an active and collaborative member of the employer brand team, contributing ideas, supporting colleagues and engaging in team learning and development.
Skills and attributes for success:
- A developing understanding of employer brand and marketing principles, including employer value propositions.
- Experience supporting or contributing to marketing, communications or employer brand activity, ideally within a matrix organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to build relationships and contribute constructively to team discussions.
- An analytical and curious approach, with the ability to interpret information.
