Your key responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand business goals and priorities and formulate solutions that meet these goals.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- At least 4 years of experience in consulting, industry or government in local, European or US markets.
- Experience gathering, defining and documenting business and solution requirements for IT system enhancements or introductions.
- A strong academic record including a third‑level degree.
- Experience in one or more EY focus industries: Power & Utilities, Government & Public Sector, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Telecommunications & Media.
- Experience operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑vendor client‑facing environment.
- Experience in business development such as client relationship management and proposal support.
Ideally, you also will have:
- Experience analysing systems and processes, designing and modelling procedures, and documenting ‘As is’ and ‘To be’ assessments for a Target Operating Model.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including User Stories or Use Cases and collaboration with a Product Owner.
- Experience conducting workshops and interviews.
- Experience with stakeholder management and collaboration with Development and Testing teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Experience delivering large‑scale business or technology programmes, ideally in ERP or CRM implementations (Oracle, MS Dynamics, SAP).
