  • Your Key Responsibilities
  • Helping to deliver an overarching Employer Brand strategy for EY in the UKI that closes brand gaps, improves brand attributes and builds a community of engaged, prospective talent.
  • Collaborating closely with our early careers and experienced hire employer brand campaign managers to align approaches, share insight and elevate overall campaign impact through a unified strategy.
  • Leading an employer brand associate, setting a clear direction with objectives, and managing performance and development.
  • Building strong relationships with the EY UK Talent team, the Northern Ireland leadership team and the business to understand business objectives and context to deliver employer brand activities that align with the broader employer brand direction.
  • Working with recruitment and candidate engagement teams to review all candidate touchpoints and provide compelling EVP content to allow them to be the most powerful brand ambassadors that they can be.
  • Working closely with our media agency to develop a paid strategy and to deliver specific employer brand activities across the year.
  • Owning reporting and measurement to demonstrate the impact of activity on employer brand metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of recruiting, talent and employer brand trends in Northern Ireland to influence conversations and be a trusted subject matter expert.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Extensive knowledge of Employer Brand principles, including knowledge of employer value propositions.
  • Track record of delivering campaigns across paid, earned and owned media channels and demonstrating impact through measurement.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to work within a Global brand framework and adapt or create work that aligns to master brand and creates the strongest possible impact in the UK.
  • Team leadership capabilities and a track record of developing high performing teams.
  • Ability to identify audience insights to influence strategies and develop impactful activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with visible presence in key conversations.
  • Experience of working with media and creative agency relationships.
  • Resilient and able to respond well to change.
  • Budget management.
  • To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
  • Experience of working in an employer brand team, ideally in a professional services or large matrix structure environment.
  • Strong understanding of the talent market for Northern Ireland.
