Key Responsibilities
- Lead engagements, working with cross‑functional teams in a high‑pressure environment.
- Manage engagement economics and communicate significant issues, fees and general progress to partners and clients.

Skills and Attributes
- Financial Services expertise: at least seven years of industry and/or consulting experience in a Financial Services environment.
- Change management: proven track‑record in leading change initiatives, preferably in a transaction context.
- Strategic insight: ability to apply industry trends and M&A market knowledge to shape approaches for assignments.
- Commercial acumen: quickly understand key value drivers and influence problem‑solving approaches.
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis: sound analysis to assess operational impacts on the investment case.

- Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to produce high‑quality reports.
