People Advisory Services (PAS) Tax is a trusted partner at the center of our clients’ workforce operations across mobility, payroll, and rewards. We have a distinctive market brand, anchored in delivering high-impact workforce transactions and transformation. Technology is at the core of our business strategy enabling us to accelerate capture of market share.
The Global Tax CoE PAS Tax team supports the business with sales and pursuits, specifically around technology and transition for integrated Mobility and Global Payroll contracts. We provide further support around transformation of service delivery, client transitions and Global Payroll multi-country delivery.

The opportunity
Technology is at the core of our business strategy enabling us to accelerate capture of market share. We will use our elevation to a PAS Tax Global Tax CoE to create even greater value for our Global PAS Tax clients and teams to incubate, operate and innovate across a new, globally enabled CoE. Our sales enablement, technology adoption expertise and new, innovative technology solutions are consistently recognised by our clients and our people as differentiating, distinct and a reason why PAS Tax win; we create the “wow moments”.
To help to achieve our ambition to become a $3bn PAS Mobility business, we need a technology & innovation lead who is the face of all technology related matters to the client for PAS Tax. This role should be part of initial client pursuit, implementation, and ongoing BAU support. Support of ongoing client technology needs, escalations, and support matters should be coordinated under leadership of this position, who can work with us to empower all PAS Tax people with the critical technology knowledge, confidence, skills and an innovative mindset to leverage technology and win in the market to meet our ambitious goals.
Your key responsibilities
- You will play a critical role in our PAS Tax business within the newly formed Global Tax CoE, responsibilities would be split across our key Super Regions:
- Strategic Market Positioning: Refine and articulate EY’s mobility technology value proposition across our EYMP & MyMove platforms, Topia/Equus integrations, ServiceNow and HRIS ecosystems. Provide market insight from delivery experience to influence EY and alliance partner product roadmaps. Support quarterly GTM activation, ensuring consistent messaging across events, pursuits and partner activity.
- Pipeline Generation & Sales Enablement: Own the pursuit cycle for mobility technology opportunities, including qualification, solution shaping and commercial structuring. Coach Mobility, PAS, Tax and Workforce Advisory teams on how to position technology credibly and articulately. Support Client Executives with account‑based technology planning and identification of opportunity areas. Lead mid‑to‑large RFP responses, ensuring alignment of solution, messaging, risks and delivery approach.
- Alliance Partner Co‑Selling: Support joint account planning to identify shared whitespace and opportunities for joint EY + partner value. Lead deal orchestration on co‑sell opportunities including solution alignment, demos and technical Q&A. Develop co‑branded assets and field‑enablement materials for joint teams. Feed client and delivery insights back to partners to support roadmap alignment and joint innovation.
- Leading technology and innovation on priority accounts: Act as technology and innovation lead on priority Mobility and PAS Tax accounts, owning the end‑to‑end technology agenda from strategy through delivery. Shape account‑level mobility technology visions aligned to EY’s core platforms (EYMP, MyMove, Topia/Equus integrations, ServiceNow and HRIS ecosystems). Ensure technology is positioned as a core differentiator within broader client relationships, not a bolt‑on to services. Provide advice across solution design, innovation roadmap alignment and activation to ensure consistency between what is sold, implemented and evolved over time. Feed client delivery insights back into EY and alliance partner product roadmaps to inform future development and innovation priorities. Support Client Executives with account‑based technology planning, identifying expansion and transformation opportunities within existing clients.
- Leading transition and implementation of technology solutions: Provide hands‑on leadership for transition and implementation of mobility and PAS Tax technology solutions for new client wins. Shape the implementation approach during pursuits, ensuring delivery, risks and timelines are fully understood and aligned. Coordinate across EY delivery teams, GDS, Client Technology, QRM and alliance partners to ensure smooth execution. Ensure a seamless handover from sales to delivery, protecting client experience and EY credibility. Establish repeatable, scalable implementation models across Mobility, Immigration, Rewards and Global Payroll Operate. Act as a point of escalation for complex implementations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
- Upskilling, training and enabling teams to be confident with technology: Assist the internal enablement and upskilling agenda for PAS Tax and Mobility technology. Coach Mobility, PAS, Tax and Workforce Advisory teams on how to credibly and confidently position technology with clients. Translate complex platforms and integrations into clear client value narratives that resonate with senior stakeholders. Support the development of reusable playbooks, assets and field enablement materials for pursuits and account teams. Ensure consistent technology messaging across GTM activity, pursuits, client conversations, events and thought leadership. Enable joint EY + alliance partner teams through co‑branded materials and shared enablement.
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Approximately 2+ years experience in development and/or implementation of Global Mobility technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyse input from multiple stakeholders to identify and articulate clear product requirements
- Ability to effectively prioritize product requirements based on multiple factors
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Ability to assess UX designs and identify their relative strengths, demonstrable FIGMA experience
- Knowledge of the software development cycle and project management methodologies
- Product Management, Azure DevOps, SAFe or equivalent certifications
- Experience of working in a professional services firm
Location: This role is open to candidates based in London or other EMEIA locations.
