  • Identify proactive media and social opportunities aligned to the evolving news agenda and moments that matter.
  • Support major sustainability‑related announcements, campaigns and events, ensuring consistency of message, tone and quality across markets.
  • Lead social media campaigns and leadership content, partnering closely with the Global Social Media Team to support integrated storytelling across social channels, including advising stakeholders and contributing to campaign activity.

  • Benchmark position to understand results and deliver improved media and social media results.
  • Prepare press releases and other media briefing materials for launches of global surveys, studies, annual announcements and campaigns, creating content that builds engagement with the global media relations network.
  • Support the social media profile for global stakeholders and work closely with the Social Media Team to collaborate on campaign and projects, being willing to try and test new features.
