Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engagements with cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Perform due diligence analysis and report writing focused on IT considerations and their impact on transaction rationale.
  • Design, plan and execute IT integration and separation programmes.
  • Design, plan and execute IT strategic transformation programmes.
  • Manage engagement economics and communicate significant issues, fees and general progress to partners and clients.
  • Coach junior team members and develop the team’s intellectual capital.
  • Participate in marketing efforts by building relationships with senior clients and enhancing the team’s external brand.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Financial Services expertise: at least seven years industry and/or consulting experience in a Financial Services environment.
  • Change management: proven track-record in leading change initiatives, preferably in a transaction context.
  • Strategic insight: awareness of trends in Financial Services and the M&A market and ability to apply this knowledge to shape individual assignments.
  • Commercial acumen: ability to understand key value drivers in a business and influence problem-solving.
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis: apply sound analysis to understand how operational issues affect the investment case for a transaction.
