Join EY-Parthenon, a leading global strategy consulting practice, as a Business Product Manager. This Senior Manager/Manager role leads the Competitive Edge product management function, responsible for the Competitive Edge Platform and related AI use cases across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Competitive Edge products and new AI use cases (e.g., Insights AI agent, curated PowerPoint with tailored insights), roadmap, requirements, release management, data and technical vendor management, procurement, testing, activation.
- Support client engagement teams in selling and delivering engagement work.
- Enable activation of products within SaT.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required to achieve agreed performance outcomes.

- Develop strategic recommendations and solve complex problems.
- Anticipate and define problems before they occur, identify causes.
- Make key decisions and suggestions based on a solid understanding of the firm's business objectives.

- End-to-end product leadership with proven experience managing products from ideation to launch.

- Change management and adoption champion for new tools and capabilities.
- Strategic communication and influence, engaging senior leadership.
- Global leadership experience leading multidisciplinary teams across geographies.
Experience:
- 10+ years in a professional services firm or large global organization, with experience as a business product lead or strategic advisor.
- Client serving experience in SaT.
- Experience operating and influencing across multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong product management experience with organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Success building and developing a diverse team, fostering inclusive collaboration.
- International experience preferred; flexible to work across time zones.
