We support clients on a broad range of projects including fully outsourced tax accounting services, group tax reporting, advisory engagements, and large-scale tax audits.Your key responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with both existing and new clients.Lead the successful delivery of technically complex tax compliance and reporting engagements, as well as associated advisory projects.Ensure high-quality client service and technical excellence across all deliverables.Collaborate closely with specialist tax teams across the business.Build and maintain strong internal networks.Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members, supporting their development and performance.Skills and attributes for success What we look forStrong tax accounting skills with in-depth knowledge of accounting standards.Significant experience in corporate tax, with a background in either practice or an in-house tax function.One of the following (or equivalent) is required:ACA / CA / ACCA / CTAHMRC Tax Inspector with full Technical Training CourseLaw qualification with relevant tax experienceWhat we offer you At EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
