b Overview /b p In this Senior Surveyor role, you’ll join EY-Parthenon’s real estate valuations capability to analyse and advise on property values across sectors. You’ll work within a cross-functional Valuation team, supporting audit reviews, financial reporting and advisory projects for blue-chip clients. The role combines technical valuation work with client interaction and business development within a global network. You’ll leverage valuation models and market data to deliver trusted insights and contribute to building confidence in capital markets. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Conduct valuation research and prepare audit valuation reviews across UK and international markets /li li Assist on a broad range of valuation and advisory projects including financial reporting, transaction diligence and tax /li li Collaborate with EY teams (Audit, business valuation, tax, advisory) across the UK and globally /li li Develop valuation models used to advise clients on Real Estate valuations /li li Work with industry software such as Argus Enterprise and Developer /li li Perform research on real estate transactions using property databases /li li Support proposal preparation /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li MRICS and ideally RICS Registered valuer qualification /li li UK commercial property valuation experience /li li Strong written and verbal communication with high-quality report writing /li li Ability to learn quickly and stay updated on technical, legislative developments and market trends /li li Good working knowledge of Argus and Microsoft Excel /li li Committed to business development and able to identify value opportunities /li li Energetic, lateral thinker with a commercial mindset /li li High personal drive and motivation to succeed /li /ul ul li communication /li li business development /li li analytical mindset /li li Argus Enterprise /li li Argus Developer /li li valuation modelling /li /ul
