b Overview /b p In this role you will support health and care organisations through people-centered transformation, helping them build workforce capability, operating models, and culture for sustainable improvement. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams and healthcare leaders to deliver transformation programmes across NHS providers, ICSs, and national bodies. You will apply analytics, facilitate workshops, and develop client deliverables to drive impact. This role offers the chance to shape health workforce strategy in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Contribute to delivery of people-focused transformation programmes across health and care organisations /li li Support project management, reporting, risk management and delivery activities /li li Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify workforce and organisational improvement opportunities /li li Develop client deliverables, presentations and communications materials /li li Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities /li li Support workforce transformation, organisational design and change management initiatives /li li Contribute to proposals, bids and business development activities /li li Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders /li li Coach and support more junior team members /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor’s degree in a relevant health related subject or related field or equivalent experience /li li Professional services experience in a healthcare context /li li In-depth knowledge of the UK healthcare trends /li li Experience within healthcare consulting, the NHS, Integrated Care Systems or wider health sector transformation /li li Understanding of workforce, organisational and operational challenges across health and care /li li Strong analytical and problem-solving skills /li li Effective stakeholder management and communication skills /li li Experience supporting transformation, improvement or change programmes /li li Interest in people-centred transformation and workforce innovation /li li Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Communication /li li Collaboration /li li Coaching /li li Quantitative and qualitative analysis /li /ul
