As a Senior Consultant in our Data Management and Strategy team, you will play a critical role in helping our Financial Services clients leverage data as a strategic asset. You will work with cross-functional teams, often on a global basis, to develop and implement data management frameworks, strategies, and solutions that reduce data risk, drive business value and enhance decision-making capabilities.
The opportunity involves working collaboratively with our clients to enhance their ability to solve complex business problems by exploiting data and analytics strategies and solutions.
- Support financial services clients in managing AI & Data Risk, defining AI & Data Strategies, implementing Data Product solutions, designing Target Operating Models, and enabling Data Offices to become transformational to their business.
- Engage with and represent EY at prominent networks and events, contributing to building an inclusive workforce.
- Collaborate within client-facing delivery teams on complex data transformation programs in Financial Services.
- Assist clients in executing their AI & Data strategy through deployment of modern Data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop and implement data management artifacts by establishing data governance requirements.
- Contribute to the development of innovative ey.ai data solutions and methodologies.
- Represent EY at industry events and networks, promoting our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Support RFP responses and contribute to thought leadership articles for market engagement.
- Work in diverse teams of professionals with different backgrounds.
- Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, point of views, and proof of concepts.

Skills and attributes for success include a passion for the delivery of AI and Data management solutions, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and effective communication. To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Demonstrable interest and awareness in Data, AI & emerging associated technologies.
- Good problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in Financial Services working with AI or Data delivery.
- Understanding of technology trends and implications on Financial Services firms.
- Ability to articulate challenges faced in large data transformation and propose solutions.
- Some hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python or Scala would be advantageous.
- Relevant experience in Data Platform Technologies would be beneficial.
- Previous consulting experience would be a plus.
