b Overview /b p In this role you will lead the secure deployment and lifecycle management of electronic security systems across EYs UK portfolio, aligning with real estate and technology teams. You will drive integration, governance and project delivery for CCURE, Victor and related platforms, ensuring compliance, resilience and data protection. You’ll partner with Real Estate, Global Technology and vendors to deliver multi-site security initiatives at scale. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role shaping EY’s security posture and workplace resilience. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li flexible working /li li Total Rewards package /li li continuous learning /li li career development /li li diverse and inclusive culture /li li health and well-being benefits /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Oversee ESS integration across EY UK, ensuring compliance with baselines and security policies; conduct TVRA and inform security specifications /li li Lead end-to-end Real Estate project delivery for new/refurbished offices, including installation oversight and handover /li li Manage ESS procurement and RFP processes for CCURE Victor; vendor engagement and KPI/SLA oversight /li li Administer ESS platforms, monitor health, perform audits and coordinate integrations (CCURE 9000 with Victor/VideoEdge) /li li Own service ownership for ESS platforms, coordinate incident response, disaster recovery and escalation paths /li li Chair/participate in technical design reviews; ensure testing, commissioning and handover readiness /li li Oversee Windows Server/AD, cyber security hardening, GDPR/compliance; support data protection /li li Capture data analytics, maintain documentation and PIAs for ESS and related changes /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Technical knowledge of ESS architecture and CCURE Victor systems; experience with ACT PRO and Avigilon (desirable) /li li Experience delivering security system projects in real estate environments /li li Proven ability to manage RFPs and coordinate across diverse teams /li li Strong stakeholder management and communication skills /li li IT security knowledge, data protection/GDPR compliance awareness /li li Project management experience; willingness to lead complex, multi-party initiatives /li li ASIS PSP, CPP or degree in security systems (equivalent experience considered) /li li Excellent IT and presentation skills; data analytics capability /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Clear communication /li li Problem-solving /li li ESS architecture and operation /li li CCURE Victor enterprise security platforms /li li ACT PRO and Avigilon CCTV systems (desirable) /li /ul
