As regulatory expectations evolve and emerging technologies such as AI, workflow orchestration and real-time data platforms reshape the landscape, we are looking for individuals who can help bridge the gap between financial crime risk and technology delivery.We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a strong product and delivery mindset who understands how business requirements are translated into practical technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines financial crime domain knowledge with experience supporting the design and delivery of technology-enabled change initiatives.You will work across product, strategy, design and implementation engagements, helping clients transform capabilities across KYC/CDD, onboarding, Anti-Money Laundering Transaction Monitoring, sanctions, fraud and wider financial crime ecosystems.Your key responsibilitiesSupport the definition and shaping of product and capability designs across financial crime transformation programmesTranslate business and regulatory requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirementsSupport requirement gathering, prioritisation activities and backlog managementCollaborate with business SMEs, technology teams, architects and delivery functions to support successful outcomesContribute to the development of target operating models, future-state solution designs and agile delivery approachesSupport the development of product roadmaps, tracking dependencies, risks and delivery milestonesIdentify opportunities to apply AI, agents, automation and modern platforms to address financial crime challengesContribute to transformation business cases and support the development of future-state financial crime visionsDeliver workstreams and project activities across a variety of financial crime engagementsSupport business development activities through research, proposal development and creation of reusable assets and collateralCoach and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment Skills and attributes for successA product and delivery mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and practical executionAn ability to work effectively across business, risk, people and technology teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAn ability to bring structure and clarity to complex problemsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsConfidence to challenge constructively and contribute ideas effectivelyCommercial awareness and a focus on delivering value to clientsCurious and passionate about innovation and emerging technologies, with a good understanding of technology applications within financial crimeCollaborative team player with strong interpersonal skillsTo qualify for the role you must haveExperience working as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Consultant, Project Consultant or equivalent role within Financial Services or ConsultingA good understanding of the financial crime ecosystem, including AML, KYC, sanctions, fraud and emerging technology trendsStrong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements, regulatory drivers and operational challenges into solution requirementsThe ability to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levelsExperience working on transformation, technology implementation or change delivery programmesStrong academic background, ideally to a degree level or equivalentFlexibility to travel and work full-time on assignments, as necessary Ideally, you'll also haveA background in financial services with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape (e.g. AML, KYC, sanctions, fraud) and experience supporting technology transformation initiativesExperience working with or supporting emerging technologies within banks, including AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation and advanced analyticsProfessional certifications such as Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum or Financial Crime qualificationsExposure to modern technology platforms, data solutions and digital transformation programmesWhat we are looking forWe are looking for an individual who thinks like a consultant and understands how products and technology can enable business outcomes.
