We’re seeking an individual with a strong technical foundation, proven relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.Our Private Tax team works with a broad range of entrepreneurial, owner-managed, PE-backed, and AIM-listed businesses, as well as their shareholders, family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, private equity clients, and professional partnerships.We act as trusted advisers, delivering comprehensive tax advisory services that include:Tax-efficient value extraction and creationReorganisations and transactionsInternational tax advisoryOngoing maintenance of client tax structuresOur services span compliance, residence and domicile issues, wealth optimisation, and estate and succession planning.
