In this Senior Manager role at EY, you will lead and shape manufacturing performance improvements and Industry 4.0 initiatives for global clients. Responsibilities
- Manage complete programme governance, strategy, frameworks, and standard development
- Own financials and resources for complex programmes or multiple client initiatives
- Advise clients on leading practices and build credible, deep client relationships
- Identify, pursue and close opportunities across programmes and clients
- Create and execute RFP responses for manufacturing transformations and diagnostics
- Model business cases to justify investments in manufacturing excellence and digital deployment
- Advise on top stops, loss analysis, and countermeasures to reduce losses
- Develop technical requirements, use cases, and reference architectures for manufacturing solutions
- Coordinate proof of value and demonstrate tangible loss reductions from digitally enabled manufacturing excellence
- Manage stakeholder engagement and drive global solution adoption
- Align digital solutions with traditional production excellence methods and develop roadmaps and deployment plans
- Build and maintain client relationships across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, and market engagement
- Support delivery of projects within time and budget and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering inclusive leadership
Key requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in professional services/advisory/consulting and industry knowledge in manufacturing
- Proven track record of eliminating manufacturing losses using lean principles
- Experience with modern digital manufacturing systems and technologies (MES; CWP; CMS; MVS; CMMS; CT)
- Delivered transformational or tech-enabled projects with strong governance and commercial understanding
- Strong communication skills for verbal designs and written documents
- Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders across multiple client environments
