Overview
As a Senior Manager, you lead AI-enabled transformation programs for financial services clients, turning strategy into practical delivery. You connect business needs with Microsoft technologies, shaping patterns, roadmaps and measurable value. You work with sponsors and cross-functional teams to design and pilot AI-enabled changes across processes, data, risk and change management. You collaborate with Microsoft teams to accelerate delivery and co-create value. This role offers high-impact work at the intersection of business, technology and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation design, including discovery, stakeholder interviews and opportunity assessments to shape future-state journeys
- Define problem statements, operating model implications and prioritise AI patterns with value, feasibility and risk
- Create business cases, MVP scopes and roadmaps aligned to enterprise architecture and control requirements
- Manage build, pilot and scale delivery, translating designs into requirements, test plans and adoption strategies
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary activities to maintain alignment with the transformation vision
- Track benefits and costs to keep delivery focused on measurable value and handover to business-as-usual
- Embed responsible AI, risk governance, data governance and security controls into delivery
- Collaborate with Microsoft ecosystem on co-sell/co-build opportunities and validate platform fit
- Lead client relationships and coach teams, contributing to proposals and follow-on opportunities
Key requirements
- Strong consulting experience in financial services or transformation advisory
- Experience leading AI, automation or digital transformation from design to delivery
- Understanding of regulated financial services environments and change delivery constraints
- Stakeholder management with senior sponsors and complex organisations
- Experience in agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Proven ability to develop business cases, roadmaps, pilots or scaled solutions
- Knowledge of responsible AI, data governance and regulatory expectations
- Experience working with Microsoft teams or partner ecosystem motions (co-sell/co-build)
