Overview

In this role you will lead complex health workforce and organisational transformation programmes and build senior client relationships. You’ll work with NHS organisations, Integrated Care Systems and national bodies to design and deliver people-focused change. You will help shape the Health People Consulting practice and drive growth across the health sector. You’ll collaborate with executive and clinical leaders to deliver sustainable transformation and improve workforce outcomes. This is a senior, impact-focused role with a clear hook in transforming UK health services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale workforce and organisational transformation programmes in health and care settings
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive, operational and clinical leadership teams
  • Oversee programme governance, commercial management, risk management and delivery oversight
  • Design innovative workforce, change, operating model and people transformation solutions
  • Maintain senior client relationships across the healthcare sector
  • Lead proposals, bids and business development activities
  • Identify and develop new health sector market opportunities
  • Lead, coach and develop teams across multiple engagements
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the Health People Consulting practice
  • Share market insights and industry trends to drive innovation across the practice

Key requirements

  • Extensive healthcare consulting or senior transformation experience
  • Deep NHS, Integrated Care Systems and national bodies knowledge
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes
  • Expertise in one or more: Workforce Transformation, Digital Transformation, Change Management & Communications, Culture & Employee Experience, Organisation Design & Operating Models, Strategic Workforce Planning, Workforce Productivity
  • Strong commercial acumen, account management and business development
  • Proven ability to build trusted executive relationships
