Responsibilities
- Craft leadership messaging and content (scripts, briefings, presentations, speaking notes) for high‑impact communication
- Produce content for internal channels (emails, events, speeches, videos)
- Support internal engagement strategy aligned to UK&I growth plan
- Prepare senior leaders with materials, insights, and messaging for internal engagements
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and advise on communication approaches
- Collaborate with internal communications and cross‑functional teams on consistent messaging
- Plan and deliver internal events and meetings, coordinating with delivery partners
- Lead and coach team members, modeling collaboration and high‑performance behaviors
- Key requirements
- Experience in professional services or large organisations
- Proven stakeholder management and high‑impact writing experience
- Experience delivering content for executive leadership (preferred)
- Familiarity with EY's operations and internal network (preferred)
- Strong storytelling, creativity, collaboration, and delivery focus
- Ability to operate in change, pace, and ambiguity
