Overview
In this role you will help healthcare clients transform operations, productivity, and digital capabilities. You will work alongside cross-functional EY teams to design and deliver health system improvements and large-scale transformations. You’ll shape solutions across care delivery, workforce and operating models, leveraging data analytics and AI where relevant. This is an opportunity to impact UK health services while developing with a global consulting practice dedicated to better healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consulting projects in healthcare with quality and timely outputs.
- Collaborate with clients to define needs and tailor healthcare transformation solutions.
- Support bids and design responsive solutions for tenders as part of a bid team.
- Contribute to business development and solution development to grow the UK Health Practice.
- Analyze healthcare systems, policies, and practices to identify improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to align objectives.
- Mentor junior consultants and support their professional growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and new technologies to refine recommendations.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant health-related subject or related field, or equivalent experience
- Professional services experience in a healthcare context
- In-depth knowledge of UK healthcare trends
- Proven project management and client delivery track record
- Experience working with stakeholders across the healthcare landscape
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and build client relationships
- Data analysis tools and methodologies proficiency is a plus
