Overview
As Talent Acquisition Service Line Portfolio Lead, UKI, you shape end-to-end hiring across Experienced Hires and Early Careers, aligning with the regional TA2 strategy.
You drive delivery, governance, and a best-in-class candidate experience while partnering with service line leadership to execute workforce plans.
You’ll lead a multi-site recruitment function, optimise tools and processes, and ensure compliant, data-driven delivery at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead Service Line TA2 Managers and their recruitment teams to deliver best-in-class service
- Develop a collaborative, scalable team structure that can adapt to peak periods
- Drive succession planning and clear career pathways within recruitment teams
- Upskill teams for AI/automation readiness
- Act as single point of contact for Service Line Leadership and Strategic Talent Leads
- Shape end-to-end delivery and partner with Talent Intelligence, Candidate Experience, and other services
- Optimize the Build, Buy, Borrow strategy and contingent worker model
- Ensure offshore and shared services meet standards and SLAs for experience across the recruitment lifecycle
- Leverage Employer Brand and EVP across digital channels to attract candidates
- Utilise MI and data from ATS, CRM, Core HR, and Linked In to inform decisions
- Report workforce planning progress to Service Line leadership with consistent data practices
- Oversee sourcing strategy using referrals, advertising, direct sourcing, and agency usage
- Maintain data accuracy and governance for regional TA teams
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within Early Careers programs
- Key requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and influence capabilities
- Proven track record leading specialist recruitment delivery in a complex environment
- Experience at Senior Manager level or equivalent leadership
- Ability to balance TA leadership with commercial pragmatism
- Talent Acquisition lead experience in professional services or multinational contexts
- Experience managing sub-service lines in Early Careers or Experienced Hiring
- Collaborative across borders with recruiters, hiring managers, and business partners
- Analytical expertise in data, reporting, and insights leading to practical solutions
- Deep knowledge of ATS, CRM, HRIS systems and recruitment metrics
- Ability to interpret data and present insights effectively
