Key Responsibilities
- Work with leading Japanese multinational clients, providing expert support across expatriate tax, global mobility compliance, and international tax advisory services, leveraging your Japanese language skills to build strong and lasting relationships.
- Take ownership of complex client engagements, delivering high-quality solutions that help globally mobile employees and businesses navigate an evolving international tax landscape.
- Provide strategic and commercially focused advice on tax planning, compliance, and mobility programmes for internationally mobile workforces.
- Become a trusted advisor to clients, building deep relationships and delivering exceptional client service that drives long-term value.
- Lead risk management and quality assurance activities, conducting robust technical reviews and proactively identifying and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Collaborate with specialists across personal tax, employment tax, immigration, reward, and broader mobility services to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical concepts into practical, business-focused advice.
